Notino Experience Program Manager - EMEA & APAC, Early Career

Runs end-to-end people and employee-experience programs across EMEA and APAC, translating global frameworks into local execution and building scalable operational infrastructure. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder trust, change-management ability, and proactive use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional people-program operations across EMEA and APAC, including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent-retention initiatives.
  • Research, plan, launch, and iterate programs end to end across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Translate global frameworks into locally relevant employee experiences.
  • Create processes, playbooks, AI agents, program calendars, onboarding workflows, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
  • Support Affinity Group leads with program operations and surface retention and engagement insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking program health, adoption, outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Partner with People Partners, NoE, Recruitment, environment teams, and business leaders to align programs with organizational goals.
  • Help develop the Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC.

Requirements

  • Experience running people programs end to end across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Proactive use of AI tools for research, operations, and communication, with enthusiasm for building AI agents and playbooks.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage many moving pieces.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including executive partners.
  • Resourcefulness, bias toward action, and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience driving change in a high-growth company.
  • Comfort presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion.
  • Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets and understanding cultural nuance in employee experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • Estimated total on-target earnings, including base salary and on-target incentive pay: €60,000–€70,000 per year.
