Responsibilities
- Deploy Lance AI agents into live hotel environments.
- Integrate Lance with hotels' existing software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues in customer environments.
- Ship code fixes when deployments break.
- Communicate directly with hotel general managers and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience shipping software or deploying software for real customers.
- Ability to write code and communicate effectively with a hotel general manager.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Based in San Francisco.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong software engineering experience.
- Experience operating and building in customer-facing environments.
- Graduation from a top-30 school or equivalent demonstrated achievement.
