Paid Media Manager
The Paid Media Manager will own full-funnel paid acquisition strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments. The role requires hands-on multi-channel campaign expertise, strong attribution and CAC/LTV analysis, and close collaboration across creative, lifecycle, product marketing, landing-page, and sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments.
- Build scalable paid acquisition systems with close attention to CAC, payback, and pipeline/conversion quality.
- Manage channel mix and budget allocation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Partner with creative teams on ad concepts and run a high-velocity creative testing program.
- Align full-funnel journeys with landing-page, lifecycle, and sales teams.
- Run A/B tests, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings.
- Instrument tracking, attribution, and reporting so paid impact is measurable end-to-end.
- Increase experimentation velocity and platform diversity to uncover untapped growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling paid programs profitably across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Hands-on expertise building and optimizing campaigns rather than solely managing an agency.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and LTV versus CAC analysis.
- Experience running creative tests and collaborating with creative teams on high-performing ads.
- Experience aligning campaigns to full-funnel journeys across self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Clear communication skills, including writing high-intent copy and briefing creative teams.
- Ability to thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and build systems from the ground up.

- Experience marketing to technical audiences, such as developers, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Experience establishing reporting systems or collaborating with data and BI teams.
