Marketing Analyst
Own marketing funnel reporting, monitoring, and insights that guide campaign, channel, and pipeline decisions. Responsibilities
- Own the health of the top-of-funnel assembly line by monitoring lead flow end-to-end, identifying leakage, stalling, or misrouting, and driving fixes with GTM Engineering and marketing.
- Diagnose gaps between intended and actual funnel behavior, including campaign follow-up, routing rules, and conversion stages, and quantify the impact of fixes.
- Build operational reporting and monitoring, including alerts, anomaly detection, and funnel diagnostics, to drive recurring action and surface insights for leadership.
- Ensure data models, metric definitions, and funnel-stage logic accurately reflect business operations, partnering with Analytics Engineering to close gaps.
- Connect GTM Engineering and Analytics Engineering by translating operational findings into pipeline and model improvements.
- Feed funnel data and channel diagnostics into attribution and goaling work led by Strategic Finance and GTM leadership.
- Provide actionable campaign and channel performance insights to influence in-flight decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years in marketing analytics at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Ability to translate data into actions that drive business impact.
- Highly proficient in SQL; Python experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel from acquisition through retention.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and analytics engineering teams.
- Curiosity, persistence, and adaptability when solving complex problems.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Streamlit, Hex, or Sigma, with the ability to build and own compelling dashboards.
- AI-forward approach, including using application development, CLI tools, and agents to improve personal productivity.
