Product Lead, Scheduling
Leads Rippling's Scheduling product end-to-end, from core shift management and mobile experience to enterprise features like AI-assisted scheduling and labor budgeting. Drives growth via PLG partnerships and requires 7+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS with strong UX instincts.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Own the Scheduling product — core shift creation and management, open shifts, swap and cover, templates, compliance rules, mobile experience, and everything in between.
- Drive growth and activation in close partnership with Rippling's PLG team, turning Scheduling into one of the company's top lead generation channels and entry points into the broader platform.
- Build the enterprise capabilities that win complex, high-volume customers: labor budgeting, demand-based auto-scheduling, AI-assisted schedule generation, and advanced workforce planning.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to define the critical feature set for a category-defining workforce management solution.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and compliance to ship high-quality product and drive customer success.
- Stay deeply attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to ensure the Time Products suite remains competitive, innovative, and several steps ahead of market needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Experience owning a product end-to-end. You've scaled something or meaningfully expanded its footprint.
- Strong UX and product instincts across complex surfaces — Scheduling serves both admins configuring rules and employees living inside the experience. You can hold both.
- Familiarity with PLG, activation loops, or growth-oriented product work a strong plus.
- Comfortable at multiple altitudes. You can set strategy and get into the weeds on edge cases, data models, and UI details.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; direct, clear, drives alignment.
- Workforce management or scheduling domain experience a plus, not required.
- Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, especially Go and See and Are Right, a Lot.
Compensation
- Competitive salary + benefits + equity.
- Salary aligned with location-based ranges (specific tiers not listed).
