ISV Success Manager
The ISV Success Manager nurtures software vendor relationships and guides partners through technical integration with Okta and Auth0. The role requires experience in technical partner or customer-facing functions, strong identity and security knowledge, and the ability to influence product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Establish thought leadership on identity, identity standards, and enterprise-readiness requirements for SaaS builders while evangelizing the Okta Integration Network.
- Build a scalable ISV pipeline by identifying and nurturing new integration opportunities, partnering cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Product Marketing, and field teams.
- Guide ISVs through their integration journey, from discovery and implementation to delivery and maintenance.
- Partner with field teams, including partner account teams, sales engineers, account executives, and technical account managers, to drive adoption of strategic products and features within the Auth0 ISV customer segment.
- Synthesize feedback from ISVs, product teams, and field teams to refine ISV Ecosystem program investments and internal product direction.
- Establish and continuously improve a repeatable, scalable “learn, build, publish” integration lifecycle, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developer support, sales engineering, technical account management, partner engineering, or marketplace development.
- Strong understanding of identity and security requirements for enterprise SaaS builders.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate software, identify integration opportunities, and engage effectively with product and engineering leaders.
- Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with the ISV community.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience nurturing partner or customer relationships in a success-focused role.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Java, C#, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Domain knowledge in identity and access management, including SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, SSF, privileged access, and API security.
- Experience in sales engineering, technical marketing, product management, partner engineering, or technical evangelism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $194,000–$292,000 USD.
- Annual base salary for candidates in California outside the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $174,000–$260,000 USD.
- Equity, where applicable, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave.
