Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
- Contribute to net revenue retention through predictable renewal and expansion pipeline, proactive product adoption, and account planning.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy, including ownership of flat and at-risk renewals.
- Define and maintain mutual success plans, guide customers through AI transformation, and demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders through business reviews.
- Facilitate use-case consultations, continuous solution design, and identification of workflow opportunities that increase customer value.
- Identify when Services should engage for complex or technical implementations and partner with Services through delivery.
- Develop deep knowledge of Notion and the broader AI ecosystem to help customers build durable workflows and systems.
- Help build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs that generate customer and business outcomes at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
- Strong customer-facing discovery skills, including understanding business problems, mapping workflows, and translating goals into practical implementation plans.
- Technical fluency and trusted-advisor presence, with the ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot workspaces and workflows.
- Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
- Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills across multiple accounts, timelines, risks, and customer commitments.
- Customer empathy, urgency, agency, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into working systems.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience managing flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping customers return to a clear value path.
- Experience with shared account ownership involving sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
- Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.
