Deployment Strategist
Own the operational backbone of enterprise customer success, including pilot onboarding, issue triage, account health, and scalable playbooks. The role grows into full account ownership and expansion, requiring strong organization, communication, judgment, and the ability to explain technical products clearly.

Responsibilities
- Own onboarding logistics for new pilots, including kickoff scheduling, account setup, and helping customer teams become productive quickly.
- Track pilots against agreed success criteria and flag risks early.
- Serve as first-line triage for customer questions and issues, resolving or escalating them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate customer records, usage data, and account health information.
- Build repeatable playbooks and templates to make the customer-success motion scalable.
- Grow into owning a book of accounts, leading check-ins, renewals, and end-to-end customer relationships.
- Understand customers' data pain points and priorities, identify expansion use cases, and support upsell conversations across enterprise buying organizations.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, deployed engineering, account management, implementation, customer success, or operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging sophisticated enterprise customers.
- Ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it clearly.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential customer information.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Proactive, low-ego ownership and willingness to handle operational work while taking on broader responsibility.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on complex enterprise teams, particularly sourcing and managing account growth.
- Experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, technical account manager, or in another technical role.
- Ability to turn a bespoke operating motion into clean, repeatable playbooks.
Work Environment
- The team works together in person five days a week at the San Francisco office.
