Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Factory’s platform into customer engineering environments, partnering with customer teams to design optimized workflows.
- Act as the CEO's primary technical lead on customer engagements, traveling on-site to champion product adoption and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Lead special engineering projects that expand product capabilities and influence the product roadmap.
- Respond rapidly to customer needs, including integrating with new systems, troubleshooting diverse codebases, and innovating on the fly.
- Develop tooling and documentation to support customer growth at scale.
- Bridge customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations), translating feedback into product improvements.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably from innovative AI/software companies (Palantir, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Applied Intuition, Glean).
- Quickly grasp new technologies, programming languages, and practices; proficiency across broad tech stack.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and code change abilities in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, motivated, thrives in fast-paced startup.
