Partner Success Engineer
Own Deepgram’s strategic AWS partnership across technical adoption, marketplace and co-sell execution, retention, and expansion. The role requires strong partner ownership, technical consulting fluency with APIs and integrations, enterprise stakeholder influence, and an AI-native approach to building scalable workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the AWS relationship end to end, including technical adoption, commercial outcomes, retention, and expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to AWS solutions architects, partner development managers, and senior technical and commercial leaders.
- Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and integration troubleshooting.
- Run the AWS Marketplace and co-sell motion, including listings, private offers, deal structuring, commit drawdown, and joint pipeline.
- Lead partner business reviews and joint planning; identify and scope expansion opportunities with Sales.
- Represent partner needs internally to influence roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and internal tools.
- Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion; travel to partner sites roughly 3–5 times per quarter.
- Build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work.
Requirements
- Personally owned a strategic partner or customer relationship with accountability for decisions, retention, and growth.
- Managed accounts or partner books of approximately $500K+ ARR each, or comparable revenue responsibility.
- Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles at API-driven, developer-first, cloud, infrastructure, or AI companies; typically around 7+ years.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel models, including resale, referral, integrations, marketplace, co-marketing, and co-selling.
- Experience running demos, proofs of concept, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers.
- Track record of identifying and landing expansion in complex partner or enterprise relationships.
- Fluency in APIs, integrations, developer workflows, and L1-style troubleshooting.
- Experience engaging technical stakeholders and executive buyers.
- Exceptional concise, structured communication and influence across technical and business audiences.
- Evidence of building a tool, agent, script, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring work.
- AI-native workflows and the ability to explain how they would be rebuilt without those tools.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with the AWS ecosystem, including AWS Marketplace, private offers, CPPO, or APN.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $195,000–$235,000.
