Responsibilities
- Interact politely and courteously with guests, staff, and management in the private restaurant and throughout the campus.
- Restock supplies and stage takeaway options.
- Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
- Help evaluate receiving spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow company safety standards and look out for the safety of team members and guests.
- Coordinate duties with other team members to support efficient preparation for service opening.
- Put food orders away accurately and rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas using the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method.
- Monitor shelf life and code dates.
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 1+ year of restaurant, warehouse, and/or customer service experience.
- Ability to work well with others and work independently.
- Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted, up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
- Availability for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current food handler card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
