Responsibilities
- Own priorities and scope for the Organizations management plane, supporting enterprises and partners such as resellers, MSSPs, and OEMs across multiple accounts.
- Coordinate engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partner teams to deliver products on time and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with product managers across product verticals to prioritize systemic enterprise improvements.
- Engage directly with customers to understand product usage and inform the roadmap.
- Analyze data to quantify problems and opportunities and support product decisions.
- Work with product designers to translate requirements into elegant user experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent.
- Experience delivering cloud solutions at scale for a technical audience.
- Strong customer focus, including designing enterprise experiences without compromising individual and small-business users.
- Experience with enterprise products and understanding of enterprise customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience using agentic coding tools to navigate codebases or prototype feature improvements.
- Experience working with go-to-market partners or resellers.
- Strong data fluency and ability to use data to build confidence and persuade stakeholders.
- Mastery of Internet technologies across layers 2 through 7, or comparable technical complexity.
