About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own performance across Chime's full digital acquisition portfolio, including paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile/app networks, and emerging channels.
  • Deliver growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.
  • Make portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions across channels, talent, technology, and vendor partnerships.
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced channel managers as a player-coach.
  • Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, and technology-enabled growth motions.
  • Monitor the external digital ecosystem, including platforms, agencies, AI/martech vendors, and startups, to identify and introduce new capabilities.
  • Rebuild experimentation, creative production, media buying, and measurement processes around AI.
  • Partner with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance to align channel strategy with company growth and CAC goals.
  • Represent Digital Acquisition in senior leadership forums and translate channel performance into business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with meaningful business accountability.
  • Demonstrated record of owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing a significant media portfolio and making prioritization tradeoffs across channels, technology, and vendors.
  • Strategic range and hands-on credibility in a player-coach leadership role.
  • Experience building or scaling teams and developing future leaders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, senior-executive-visible environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $196,000–$270,000.
  • Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
