Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and low-fidelity exploration through detailed, development-ready execution.
- Conduct and incorporate user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Translate user insights into usable, accessible solutions that account for multiple states and edge cases.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to frame problems and identify solutions.
- Prototype and test concepts at appropriate levels of fidelity.
- Contribute to the design system, including reusable, accessible, and well-documented patterns.
- Participate in design critiques, share work early, and help improve team quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.
- Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.
- Strong visual and interaction design judgment.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a focus on improving user outcomes.
