- Work directly alongside the Senior Director, taking ownership of day-to-day team leadership while driving the department's bigger-picture evolution.
- Develop and hold a seasoned team accountable.
- Build systems that take operations to the next level.
- Grow the team and evolve how we work toward AI-powered, tech-enabled workflows.
- Step in when someone calls out, quality check team's cases, have 1:1s, review work in real time.
Requirements
- 4+ years in records retrieval and have done this work firsthand.
- Hands-on experience with online medical records request portals such as Datavant or MRO.
- 2+ years managing remote teams.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented.

Compensation
- Competitive Compensation of $87,500 - $115,000.
