Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to clinical leadership by providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR needs and support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Advise leadership on employee relations, talent management, and performance optimization.
  • Help managers resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback for clinician performance.

Operational HR Support

  • Manage clinical compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll.
  • Submit clinical promotions and reporting-line changes for processing.
  • Track clinical employee relations documentation and report on trends.
  • Coordinate workplace accommodation requests with HR Operations and clinical leadership.

Onboarding, Reporting, and Retention

  • Partner with Learning & Development on clinical onboarding support.
  • Gather and report new-hire experience data to improve onboarding effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR data related to employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation.
  • Present findings and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct clinical exit interviews and related offboarding tasks to inform retention strategies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience providing HR business partnership to growing organizations.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with ADP, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with remote teams; healthcare or telehealth experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
  • Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, retention strategy development, reasonable accommodations, and HR best practices.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits.
