Leads enterprise planning solution design, modeling, integrations, governance, and production support across finance, workforce, and revenue planning. Requires 7–10 years of FP&A systems or EPM implementation experience plus hands-on Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning expertise.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Planning Delivery
- Design and build scalable planning models for:
- Financial planning, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
- Workforce planning and cost modeling
- Sales and revenue forecasting, including ARR, pipeline, and bookings
- Own end-to-end delivery from design through build, testing, deployment, and support.
Model Development and Optimization
- Build multidimensional, driver-based models with a strong focus on performance.
- Develop scenario planning, versioning, and forecasting capabilities.
- Optimize model size, calculation efficiency, and user experience.
Platform and Integration Work
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Pigment and Anaplan, including Model Builder or Solution Architect capabilities.
- Configure workflows, security, and access controls.
- Integrate planning tools with ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, APIs, or ETL tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Governance
- Work with US / EMEA FP&A, IT, and business teams.
- Participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Provide updates, demonstrations, and documentation to global stakeholders.
- Establish model design standards, naming conventions, solution designs, and runbooks.
- Maintain data validation and reconciliation processes and ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Production Support and Improvement
- Provide L2/L3 support for planning applications.
- Troubleshoot data and model issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Improve forecast accuracy, usability, and performance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in FP&A systems, EPM, or enterprise planning implementations.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning; Pigment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes, financial statements, annual sales planning, driver-based modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; CRM systems, preferably Salesforce; and data warehouses.
- Experience with ETL or integration tools.
- Strong communication skills, ownership, accountability, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
- Python or scripting experience.
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect certification.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or Pigment Modeler experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS or consumption-based business models.
- Exposure to headcount and compensation planning, annual sales planning, and revenue modeling involving ARR, churn, and expansion.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center or offshore delivery model.
