Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines from customer specifications through final delivery.
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Create incentive systems, resequence workflows, refine instructions, and scale review processes.
Customer Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs.
- Deliver clear, consistent reporting and proactively anticipate client needs.
- Build long-term client trust and identify opportunities for expansion.
Large-Scale Coordination
- Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors in Slack-based workspaces.
- Source, vet, train, and performance-manage domain experts.
- Maintain high execution standards throughout production.
Quality Reporting
- Run daily internal issue-resolution syncs (“war rooms”).
- Provide regular, transparent progress updates to customers.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Experience working directly with high-profile clients.
- Interest in hands-on process optimization and large-scale execution.
- Willingness to work in the office Monday through Friday and respond occasionally on weekends in a high-pressure environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- SPL base cash compensation: £89,500–£111,900.
- SSPL base cash compensation: £111,900–£149,200.
