Data Scientist, Growth
The first data scientist on Lovable’s London growth team will own the funnel from acquisition through expansion, identify high-leverage opportunities, and partner with growth engineering to ship experiments. The role requires strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and autonomous experimentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Own growth funnel metrics end to end across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify high-leverage funnel opportunities and turn them into experiments that ship, working directly with growth engineering.
- Design, run, and interpret growth experiments, including A/B tests.
- Build instrumentation, metrics, systems, and agents that proactively surface growth opportunities.
- Help establish the growth data function as its first data scientist.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Applied statistics experience.
- Extensive experimentation experience in fast-moving environments.
- Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion drivers.
- Ability to ship quickly with directional reads while recognizing when additional rigor is needed.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable being the first data scientist in the function.
