Senior Specialist Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for AI product adoption across Asia Pacific and Japan.
• Define technical go-to-market strategy and develop materials that communicate the product value proposition.
• Work directly with customers to guide data application architecture and strategic data decisions.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch AI/ML products to customers and senior executives.
• Support field engineering teams and strategic pursuit opportunities, including competitive situations.
• Enable field teams through best practices, assets, and product differentiation guidance.
• Recruit and lead a group of specialist subject-matter experts across the field without direct reports.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, field teams, and partners to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
• Present at conferences, events, and webinars and publish content to establish market leadership.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product vision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience with production generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience designing and delivering cloud-based data visualization and analytics solutions.
• Experience building and deploying large-scale production machine learning systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM application architectures, including RAG, agentic applications, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or DSPy.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies and foundational model markets, including Claude, Llama, Mistral, OpenAI, and open-source models.
• Proven pre-sales experience in competitive situations.
• Ability to define and execute strategic cross-functional programs.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Ability to advise technical executives and coordinate with Account Executives across large territories.
