About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support core finance processes including annual forecasting, monthly revenue review, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Own and improve recurring operational processes such as reporting, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Take on cross-functional projects, such as new vendor contracts or addressing process gaps between departments.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to turn raw financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations (consulting, banking, or startup ops background welcome).
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Detail-oriented with comfort owning processes.
  • Track record of being a trusted operational partner.
  • Ability to pick up new tools quickly and default to figuring things out independently.
  • Energized by variety in daily work, from close support to cross-functional projects.
