Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

Leads corporate FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, modeling, performance analysis, and board and investor reporting while supporting strategic transactions and business decisions. About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models and systems, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review cycles, and long-term planning.
  • Champion the Corporate FP&A process and systems roadmap, including enterprise-wide FP&A processes, cadences, and systems.
  • Support business development and capital markets activities, including warehouse financings, M&A, and capital raises.
  • Coordinate with Business Unit Finance to:
    • Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making and business performance insights.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and analysis.
    • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
    • Support business cases for new initiatives and investments.
    • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare materials for the board and investors.
  • Oversee one staff member, with additional team growth expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience and 7+ years of total experience, including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Experience navigating and solving complex, unstructured challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Experience in financial services or financial technology.
  • Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as Looker, Anaplan, or Tableau.

  • Base salary range: $150,000–$220,000.
