Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply across MexicoCCA.
- Partner with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans and align local execution with national priorities.
- Design territory-level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality across markets and host segments.
- Experiment to unlock new sources of supply, measure results, refine strategies, and create scalable playbooks.
- Collaborate with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product on initiatives that improve host performance and accelerate supply growth.
- Own business performance and ensure markets meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, addressing barriers and responding to emerging demand or regulatory shifts.
- Coach and develop talent while building a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous growth.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in global operations, business development, or marketplace management.
- 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing and scaling teams.
- Deep expertise in the MexicoCCA travel and hospitality landscape.
- Experience driving local growth and community engagement.
- Operational, commercial, public speaking, and marketing skills for acquiring supply across multiple channels.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influencing abilities.
- Experience using tools, dashboards, and analytics to assess performance and guide decisions.
- Demonstrated success achieving results through others, including performance management and developing emerging leaders.
- Strong organization and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly base pay range: $191,666.67–$237,500 MXN.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
