Member of Technical Staff - Enterprise Platform
Build enterprise platform primitives and secure integration infrastructure for AI agents, with a focus on multi-tenancy, governance, observability, deployment flexibility, and reliability. The role requires strong platform engineering judgment, experience with language models, and the ability to turn customer needs into reusable product capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Evolve platform primitives for enterprise agents, including governance, auditability, observability, permissions, routing, and control planes.
- Build a secure integration gateway between customer agents, SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs.
- Design multi-tenant abstractions for isolation, configuration, extensibility, and deployment flexibility.
- Turn enterprise onboarding from a services engagement into a repeatable product experience.
- Work directly with customers to understand where agent infrastructure breaks in real deployments.
- Make security, compliance, and reliability first-class product capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong core platform engineering experience.
- Experience building systems where the abstractions were the product.
- Ability to reason about multi-tenancy, isolation, authentication, routing, and observability.
- Ability to ship reliable systems while the product is changing quickly.
- Understanding of deployment flexibility, security, administrative tooling, and compliance as product problems.
- Ability to distinguish one-off customer requests from reusable primitives.
- Experience building with language models.
- Opinions about agents, MCP, tool use, and current system limitations.
- Ability to write design documents and explain complex infrastructure clearly.
- Builds trust and acknowledges knowledge gaps.
Nice-to-haves
- Multiple years writing TypeScript, Go, or similar systems languages.
- Experience building enterprise developer platforms inside large organizations.
- Depth in security, compliance, or deployment models.
- Experience starting companies or building large side projects.
