Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, functional requirements, and development timeline for Hive Models
- Gain deep understanding of customers’ needs across various industries
- Oversee product execution from inception to delivery
- Help engineering and product teams estimate and decompose complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans, and track progress
- Own Hive Models portfolio, understanding needs of product development teams, and envisioning/executing creation of deep learning models for video, image, audio, and text interpretation
- Clearly communicate product benefits to users and internal stakeholders
- Work with executive team to determine priorities, define new features, and improve models
- Measure engineering velocity and establish best practices for speed and security
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- Hands-on experience with modern machine learning libraries, frameworks, and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of functional programming languages such as Python or Node.js
- 2-3 years of combined Machine Learning and Product Management experience
- Comfortable in constantly changing, uncertain, chaotic environments
- Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and hands-on
- Experience leading a team and implementing goals/deadlines
- Obsess about continuous product improvement
