Senior Data Analyst, Finance

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on finance, accounting, and revenue operations data pipelines to generate insights into company performance.
• Apply revenue-modeling expertise and efficient code to produce accurate forecasts for analytical and operational reporting.
• Conduct recurring data analysis and present reports to internal stakeholders.
• Build high-quality, repeatable dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across the company, including senior leadership, to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver accurate analyses and reporting under tight deadlines while balancing speed, precision, priorities, and rigorous quality assurance.
• Build scalable, sustainable SQL solutions that are documented, maintainable, and understandable.
• Contribute through collaboration, knowledge sharing, process improvement, workflow automation, and improved analytical practices.
• Independently drive ambiguous requests toward actionable recommendations and build stakeholder trust through accurate reporting, data validation, and clear communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau or a similar dashboarding tool.
• Experience working with complex financial and revenue data.
• Extensive SQL experience, including writing scalable and maintainable queries.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience creating data visualizations for reports and dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-starter mentality.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in martech or ad tech.
• Understanding of ad buying, attribution, and analytics.
