Demand Generation Lead
Own and optimize PreVeil’s seven-figure paid demand generation program across search, social, affiliates, and emerging channels. The role requires 4+ years of B2B or SaaS paid media experience, strong revenue attribution, analytical testing, and hands-on AI workflow development.

Responsibilities
- Own PreVeil’s paid demand generation program and manage seven-figure annual spend.
- Optimize paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword expansion and pruning, match types, bid strategies, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions, and competitor/category coverage.
- Manage paid social programs across LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, including audiences, ad formats, creative refreshes, offers, and funnel-stage testing.
- Manage paid affiliates, newsletters, and trade networks, including partner selection, placement negotiation, offer and creative development, and measurement.
- Maintain an A/B testing roadmap covering ad copy, creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Identify and test new channels including trade publications, industry newsletters, communities, podcasts, and events.
- Build AI-enabled workflows for search-term mining, negative-keyword automation, creative and copy generation, campaign analysis, and automated reporting.
- Track cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and cost per ARR by channel and segment; reallocate budget based on performance.
- Share messaging, targeting, and segment insights with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running paid search and paid social for a B2B or SaaS company or agency.
- Experience owning a meaningful budget and tying paid spend to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical and testing skills with a metrics-driven approach.
- Hands-on fluency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, and Reddit advertising platforms.
- Production experience using AI to support marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in person multiple days per week in Boston.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, curiosity, self-sufficiency, and creative judgment.
Nice to Have
- Background in a technical or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Nooks, and Claude.
- Experience with affiliates, paid newsletters, trade networks, or other emerging paid channels.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $140,000–$150,000.
