Responsibilities
- Own retention and expansion for the largest enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales to increase adoption of Hightouch within large organizations.
- Deliver organized customer onboarding through effective project management.
- Help customers realize the full value of Hightouch products and advise on technical best practices.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across Hightouch products.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams on technical escalations.
- Surface customer use cases and product problems to Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role combining business experience and technical acumen.
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first mindset and empathy.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and understand complex systems, including SQL, databases, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate unexpected roadblocks.
