Robot Service Technician Assistant
Supports weekend operations and maintenance of an autonomous delivery robot fleet, including preparation, charging, cleaning, repairs, updates, calibration, and field coordination. The role is entry-level, part-time, and onsite, with physical lifting requirements and an interest in robotics or electro-mechanical service preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare robots for each shift by ensuring hardware and software are ready for deployment.
- Place robots and batteries on chargers and manage power cycles.
- Clean robots while protecting sensitive external hardware.
- Assist with and perform basic mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
- Help implement fleet-wide hardware and software service campaigns and updates.
- Provide hands-on field support to remote support coordinators.
- Perform calibrations and wheel alignment to maintain properly tuned sensors and chassis components.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in varied field environments.
- Ability to safely lift and move items over 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

- General computer literacy.
