Responsibilities
- Evolve the Dashboard to meet the needs of any business model
- Improve wayfinding mechanisms to increase user productivity and product discovery
- Shape the information architecture to encourage interoperability
- Develop a strategy and roadmap for a more personalized Dashboard
- Write the playbook for interoperability across the numerous layers of indirection in the Dashboard
- Partner with third-party developers to understand how the Dashboard can better serve their needs
- Make the Dashboard easier to use and more powerful
- Own the strategy and roadmap that makes the Dashboard uniquely good for any business model
- Collaborate with engineering and design across time zones (PST, EST, CET) to ship high impact functionality that delights users, product teams, and third-party developers
- Define and track success metrics for quality and performance
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and uphold ambitions for quality at scale
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, design, or engineering with at least 3+ years in senior capacity making company-level product decisions
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and machine learning
- Strong written and verbal communication across business, design, and engineering audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives influencing technical roadmaps

- Built complex personalization systems in the past
- Developed governance frameworks that balance usage and discovery
- Strong (informed) point of view on how third-party apps fit into first-party experiences
- Enjoy using social media to interact directly with customers for feedback
