Commercial Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers across high-value customer accounts.
  • Use analytics and business intelligence expertise to help customers optimize their use of Sigma Computing’s platform and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop strategies to maximize net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive churn reduction.
  • Advocate for customer-requested product features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to increase product adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and growing customer accounts with a focus on net dollar retention.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • ETL experience.
  • Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions.
  • Startup experience.

Compensation and Benefits
