- Own and maintain foundational functionality including authorization systems, identity management, policy administration, and user administration capabilities.
- Build secure, scalable, and robust solutions that form the essential backbone of the platform infrastructure.
- Drive overall product strategy for critical systems while ensuring they meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
- Own detailed prioritization of the product roadmap, balancing new feature development and technical debt.
- Demonstrate deep strategic thinking in shaping the product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Deliver complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
- Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution, including defining success metrics, tracking KPIs, and iterating based on data.
- Work closely with engineering and design counterparts to drive product development processes and planning.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Exercise independent decision-making and take full ownership of product strategy and execution.
- Contribute strategic insights that impact company direction and product roadmap.
- Develop deep understanding of the company's business model, organizational structure, and strategic priorities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Empathy and adaptability that complement others’ working styles and embody a culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.
- Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Deep investment in optimizing the end-user experience and leveraging it to create business value.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building financial or crypto products.
- Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
- Experience working in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries.
