Program Manager, Product

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of cross-functional programs and initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders
• Support program planning and definition by determining program goals, scope, workstreams, and success metrics
• Participate in and help drive discovery activities to understand business needs, constraints, and dependencies
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress
• Facilitate program operating rhythms such as working sessions, check-ins, milestone reviews, and retrospectives
• Develop, maintain, and own core program artifacts including project plans, status updates, documentation, calendars, and risk logs
• Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify, document, and escalate risks, blockers, and trade-offs in a timely manner
• Support incident and escalation management by organizing response workflows
• Collect, track, and analyze data to inform decisions, measure progress, and surface insights
• Support change management and rollout efforts
• Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate timelines and track deliverables
• Contribute to the evolution of program management practices across the Technology organization

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project or program management, strategy, or operations experience in a cross-functional environment
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of tech/SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate productively with a wide range of partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using data tools/language such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simple
