Drive execution of cross-functional programs in a tech/SaaS product domain, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to deliver outcomes while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of cross-functional programs and initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders
- Support program planning and definition by determining program goals, scope, workstreams, and success metrics
- Participate in and help drive discovery activities to understand business needs, constraints, and dependencies
- Coordinate work across multiple teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress
- Facilitate program operating rhythms such as working sessions, check-ins, milestone reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop, maintain, and own core program artifacts including project plans, status updates, documentation, calendars, and risk logs
- Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify, document, and escalate risks, blockers, and trade-offs in a timely manner
- Support incident and escalation management by organizing response workflows
- Collect, track, and analyze data to inform decisions, measure progress, and surface insights
- Support change management and rollout efforts
- Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate timelines and track deliverables
- Contribute to the evolution of program management practices across the Technology organization
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of project or program management, strategy, or operations experience in a cross-functional environment
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of tech/SaaS companies
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate productively with a wide range of partners
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data tools/language such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simple
