About the role

What you'll work on

  • Customer implementation: Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment. Understand each customer's workflows and configure our AI agents to fit their operational needs.
  • Solution engineering: Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows that connect our voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs).
  • AI tuning and optimization: Prompt engineering, voice customization, and agent behavior refinement based on real customer usage patterns and feedback.
  • Discovery and Product feedback: Channel customer insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
  • Technical consulting: Guide customers through AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration.

What you'll need to bring

  • Customer focus with technical backbone: Hold technical conversations with CTOs and explain AI to claims managers.
  • Builder mentality: 1-3 years building or implementing technical solutions. Foundational coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
  • Communication skills: Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extreme agency: Thrive in ambiguity, find solutions, move fast.
  • API and integration fluency: Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Project management: Manage multiple implementations, prioritize, deliver under deadlines.

  • AI/ML/Data Science experience: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks.
  • Top consulting background with technical undergraduate degree.
  • Full-stack capabilities: React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure.

Compensation

  • Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
  • Equity: 0.3% - 0.8%
