What you'll work on
Customer implementation: Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment. Understand each customer's workflows and configure our AI agents to fit their operational needs.
Solution engineering: Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows that connect our voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs).
AI tuning and optimization: Prompt engineering, voice customization, and agent behavior refinement based on real customer usage patterns and feedback.
Discovery and Product feedback: Channel customer insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
Technical consulting: Guide customers through AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration.
What you'll need to bring
