What you'll work on
- Customer implementation: Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment. Understand each customer's workflows and configure our AI agents to fit their operational needs.
- Solution engineering: Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows that connect our voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs).
- AI tuning and optimization: Prompt engineering, voice customization, and agent behavior refinement based on real customer usage patterns and feedback.
- Discovery and Product feedback: Channel customer insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- Technical consulting: Guide customers through AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration.
What you'll need to bring
- Customer focus with technical backbone: Hold technical conversations with CTOs and explain AI to claims managers.
- Builder mentality: 1-3 years building or implementing technical solutions. Foundational coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Communication skills: Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extreme agency: Thrive in ambiguity, find solutions, move fast.
- API and integration fluency: Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Project management: Manage multiple implementations, prioritize, deliver under deadlines.

- AI/ML/Data Science experience: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks.
- Top consulting background with technical undergraduate degree.

Compensation
- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
- Equity: 0.3% - 0.8%
