Implementation Specialist, IT
Implementation Specialist partners with large customers' IT teams to guide adoption of Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory solutions. Requires 4+ years IT experience with UEM, MDM, RMM, fleet management, and tools like Azure, Google, Okta.

What you will do
- Become an expert on Rippling's IT offering - You'll be a go-to resource for clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for Rippling colleagues within 60 days.
- Be a trusted implementation partner to clients:
- Understand the client's current technology requirements as it relates to Rippling.
- Guide the customer to install and adopt Rippling's IT solutions.
- Train the customer on Rippling IT products.
- Work closely with Implementation and the Customer Experience organization to ensure client success.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve process and product.
- Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.
What you will need
- A passion and curiosity for all things related to IT.
- 4+ years of experience managing an IT set-up at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions. Strong understanding of:
- Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, Endpoint Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with Google, Azure, and Okta.
- Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent time management.
- Ability to manage client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with bias towards action, energized by fast-paced environment.
