Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise communications for Replit, including product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, and competitive narratives.
- Build and evolve messaging for Replit with the enterprise, focusing on AI-powered software creation, secure adoption, governance, productivity, and business impact.
- Develop communications programs around enterprise momentum, including customer adoption, partner announcements, use cases, and market proof points.
- Build relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry reporters.
- Create compelling customer stories that show how companies are using Replit.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to support enterprise campaigns, launches, events, customer references, and field narratives.
- Work with product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear stories for business, developer, and enterprise audiences.
- Engage analysts and influencers who shape the enterprise AI, software development, developer productivity, and CIO agenda.
- Develop executive thought leadership for Replit leaders, including speeches, bylines, conference narratives, briefing documents, and social content.
- Shape competitive positioning in a fast-moving market that includes AI coding tools, developer platforms, low-code/no-code platforms, hyperscalers, and enterprise software companies.
- Identify opportunities for Replit to lead conversations around the future of software creation, AI agents, governed enterprise adoption, and business-led development.
- Move quickly between strategic messaging work and same-day communications needs without sacrificing quality or precision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience building relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry press.
- Ability to work directly with customers and partners to develop credible, specific, high-impact stories.
- Comfort partnering with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and executive teams.
- Strong instincts for positioning in a competitive and fast-moving market.
- Ability to make complex technical topics understandable without flattening what makes them important.
- Ability to move between long-arc narrative building and urgent, same-day turnarounds.
- Strong writing skills across formats, including blog posts, briefing documents, launch materials, bylines, social content, speeches, messaging docs, and customer stories.
- Experience in enterprise communications across one or more areas such as product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, or competitive communications.
- A strong understanding of how C-suite, developers, and business leaders evaluate, adopt, and govern new technology.
- An understanding of AI tools and the changing landscape.
- A genuine interest in how AI can expand who builds software, while understanding the importance of security, governance, and responsible adoption.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift and the market moves quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 to 15+ years of communications experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, developer tools, enterprise software, cloud, security, or productivity platforms.
- Experience across multiple enterprise communications disciplines, including product, partner, customer, vertical, analyst, and executive communications.
- Experience communicating to both technical and non-technical enterprise audiences.
- Existing relationships with top enterprise technology, business, AI, software, and industry reporters.
- Experience supporting sales-led or partner-led enterprise growth.
- Experience creating customer storytelling programs that connect product usage to measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with the enterprise buyer journey, including security reviews, governance, procurement, compliance, productivity, and ROI.
- A sharp eye for where a company can earn attention, not just ask for it.
