Full-Stack Engineer, Human Agent Tooling
Build and improve internal tools that help Chime support agents understand member context, manage cases, and safely resolve issues. The role requires about one year of software development experience, database familiarity, and exposure to Ruby on Rails or a comparable web framework.

Responsibilities
- Build features for the agent workspace, including member-context views, case management, and agent actions.
- Develop systems that surface relevant member and case data at the right time.
- Implement permissions, access controls, and guardrails for sensitive account actions.
- Build and maintain integrations with other Chime systems.
- Add logging, monitoring, and dashboards to improve observability and detect issues early.
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ years of professional software development experience, or equivalent experience through internships, projects, or a strong computer science foundation.
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails or a comparable web framework, or eagerness to learn it.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Commitment to maintainable, well-tested code.
- Strong desire to learn and understand systems deeply.
- Curiosity about the people who use the products you build.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $117,000.00 to $162,000.00.
