Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision for Mercury's Accounting Integrations experience, from early product strategy through polished execution.
- Reimagine how customers prepare and complete accounting work in Mercury through thoughtful automation and new interaction models.
- Translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences that make financial operations feel simple.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research on rapid exploration, experimentation, and product strategy.
- Define shared interaction patterns and visual language across Mercury's accounting ecosystem.
- Raise the quality bar for accounting experiences through exceptional craft and design leadership.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total rewards include base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits.
- US employees: target new-hire base salary of $189,000–$236,200 USD.
- Canadian employees: target new-hire base salary of $178,600–$223,200 CAD.
