Translate deep technical capabilities into clear market narratives
Turn product direction into successful launches
Ensure go-to-market alignment, credibility, and effectiveness
Own end-to-end technical product marketing for core Search technology (Deep Search, Code Search, MCP, APIs for agents, Agentic Batch Changes)
Drive thought leadership, product leadership, and market leadership
Partner with GTM, EPD, Demand Gen, and DevRel teams
Build messaging frameworks
Lead product releases and launches
Create and deliver sales enablement assets
Establish operating rhythms with cross-functional teams
Make product launches repeatable and predictable
Drive initiatives that influence pipeline generation and deal velocity
Deliver integrated campaigns (webinars, videos, web content, events)
Translate customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product direction
Attribute marketing activities to revenue impact
Shape GTM strategy
Requirements
5+ years of work experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting
Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, with a deep interest in AI-driven software development
Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, spanning positioning, field enablement, and launch execution
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical teams to define differentiation and translate into clear, credible, and memorable stories
Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles
Strong sales enablement skills, building and maintaining high-impact collateral
Experience delivering integrated campaigns with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel
Customer-first mindset
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted
Bias toward action and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Nice-to-Haves
Background in software engineering or software development
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) in enterprise or strategic account motions
Compensation & Benefits
Target compensation is based on IC4 pay band by zone (base + equity + benefits):
Zone 1: $180,000
Zone 2: $144,000
Zone 3: $108,000
Zone 4: $72,000
Salary determined by level, skills, experience, qualifications, and location zone. Includes equity and generous perks & benefits.
