Responsibilities
- Support marketplace operations with analysis, product recommendations, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in marketplace trends and support weekly reporting for the Rideshare organization.
- Build subject-matter expertise in the lever portfolio and support cross-functional initiatives to improve existing products and develop new ones.
- Analyze marketplace products and financial levers, providing actionable insights on improvements and problem areas.
- Evaluate opportunities for improvement and business growth within Rideshare decision-making frameworks.
- Prepare regular business reviews for leadership, highlighting key focus areas.
- Track, report, and reconcile budget allocation across marketplace programs with stakeholders and partner teams.
- Analyze data, conduct research, and synthesize feedback into plans, processes, and playbooks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth environment in data and/or financial analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and experience developing processes that reduce human error.
- Proficiency in SQL and quantitative analysis, including deep dives into large datasets and translating findings into actionable conclusions.
- Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations, narratives, and execution plans.
- Exceptional listening, written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Drive to understand core issues and determine solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and change management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $83,800 CAD–$104,750 CAD for the Toronto area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
