Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and interview panels, serving as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity for reporting and pipeline tracking.
Support hiring managers with role postings, interview scheduling, debrief coordination, candidate communications, and interview materials.
Create a positive, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Assist with sourcing support, including job board postings and light resume review.
Track recruiting metrics and prepare reporting for the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.
Support new-hire onboarding logistics in partnership with People Operations.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as the team scales.
Build AI-powered workflows to automate and optimize talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or a related administrative or operations role; technology or SaaS experience is a plus.
Relevant internship experience may be considered.
Current experience using AI tools and creating workflows from scratch.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment while managing multiple calendars, time zones, requisitions, and priorities.
Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Calendar and Slack.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
