Strengthen team practices for design, code review, testing, and delivery.
Mentor teammates and build high-trust relationships.
Participate in on-call support rotation.

Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong technical background with ability to provide guidance on architecture, code quality, and trade-offs.
Proven experience building end-user product features, ideally in developer tools, agent/AI products, CLIs, or similar technical surfaces.

Customer-facing experience including discovery calls, design partnerships, and incorporating feedback into roadmaps.
Hands-on experience shipping products consumed by or built for AI agents (e.g. MCP).
Strong point of view on coding agents — what they excel at, where they fail, and how to design products to make them dramatically more useful.
Excited to ship products for the AI agent ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in collaborative, respectful, async-first culture.
Proactively keeps stakeholders informed; comfortable pushing back or changing direction based on better ideas.
