Analyzes Attentive's AI products across lifecycle, partnering with PMs and engineers to measure impact via A/B tests, uncover insights, and recommend roadmap changes. Requires 4+ years in analytics, SQL expertise, and stats knowledge.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Partner with product managers & engineers to measure results & deliver insight on products across their lifecycle: experimentation, launch, post-launch and at scale. Identify key metrics and insights to track progress of highest priority initiatives including Attentive’s suite of new AI products
- Develop analytics frameworks to run AB tests and measure the success of product features and initiatives
- Uncover insights to help identify new product opportunities that maximize performance of marketing programs for Attentive customers
- Present recommendations to product organization & executive leadership
Your Expertise
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with experience using a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, MicroStrategy)
- Experience using, writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment
- Knowledge of statistics and experience running A/B tests
- Knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments
- Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner
- Inherent curiosity and analytic follow-through; love using data and logic to explore potential solutions
- Experience effectively communicating the results of analyses with stakeholders to drive strategy decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
Compensation (US base): $110,000 - $150,000 annually + equity + benefits
