Workday Analyst
Own Workday production support, configuration, reporting, workforce analytics, and People Operations process improvements. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, hands-on Workday expertise, and the ability to build reports, EIBs, test scripts, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 production support for Workday, including business process definitions and validations, EIB files, calculated fields, and transactional processing.
- Configure, test, and implement Workday release features in implementation tenants.
- Write test scripts and participate in testing for new features, enhancements, and fixes.
- Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance integrations.
- Conduct routine data audits across HR systems and resolve inconsistencies causing integration errors.
- Support People data governance.
- Own monthly executive KPI reporting from data collection and analysis through stakeholder delivery.
- Build custom Workday reports and workforce analyses, using AI to accelerate insight generation.
- Partner with stakeholders on reporting needs and ad hoc workforce analytics.
- Streamline reporting workflows through AI tools and automation.
- Support People Operations workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide backup coverage for onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility workflows.
- Monitor service desk utilization and identify operational improvement and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable role.
- Workday experience with exposure to at least one module.
- Experience writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configuration issues independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong data integrity mindset.
- Discretion and ethical judgment when handling sensitive People data.
- Interest in technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
