Full-Stack Engineer, Enterprise Scale
Build and maintain reliable full-stack platform functionality for enterprise customers using Django, React/Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. The role requires at least three years of engineering experience and strong automated-testing practices.

Responsibilities
- Own the stability and reliability of Scribe's core platform functionality.
- Build and ship full-stack features across a Django backend and Next.js frontend.
- Collaborate with engineers and user advocates to improve the overall platform experience.
- Write automated tests and advocate for testing practices across the team.
- Work across the stack, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and background processing with Celery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Comfortable working with Django and relational databases.
- Comfortable working with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong advocacy for automated testing.
- Ability to implement engineering best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, or audit logs.
- Experience with Celery for executing and scheduling background tasks.
- Experience with high-load systems.
