Senior Product Manager, HELOC Decisioning
Owns the strategy and execution of HELOC underwriting, verification, and decisioning products, partnering with risk, capital, compliance, engineering, and ML teams. Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for streamlining the decisioning and verification experience, translating risk, capital, compliance, and borrower-experience needs into priorities, requirements, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with Capital, Compliance, Risk, and Machine Learning teams to expand underwriting guidelines and reach new borrower segments.
- Define and evolve backend logic for underwriting and decisioning, balancing risk accuracy, borrower friction, and data uncertainty.
- Increase automation and instant approvals in the HELOC underwriting process using new data sources and machine learning, including LLMs, to reduce manual work while improving speed and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on fast-moving, customer-focused teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes using quantitative metrics and qualitative insight.
- Comfort making decisions with imperfect information and exercising sound risk judgment.
- Strong product sense and experience authoring and executing multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Rigorous, analytical problem-solving skills.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong ownership, growth mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- US anticipated base salary: $162,100–$224,500 USD, varying by geographic compensation region.
