Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end movement of air export and import shipments within a regional network.
- Coordinate daily supply operations, transloading, trucking, and warehouse activities within the region.
- Analyze data to evaluate subcontractor performance and inform carrier performance management initiatives.
- Execute booking and documentation processes with carriers.
- Troubleshoot shipments promptly and escalate or handle exceptions.
- Contribute to developing and implementing procedures and systems that differentiate operations from industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in airlines, air freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Hands-on, process-oriented, and structured approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic vision combined with ground-level execution.
- Client service mindset.
- Flexibility to work outside office hours and occasional weekend or night shifts.
- Compliance-first attitude in a heavily regulated industry.
