Director, Tax

Key Responsibilities
- Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency
- Direct global tax compliance
- Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740); direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials
- Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustments
- Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations
- Review the tax components of certain customer agreements
- Review business initiatives to determine the tax impact
- Direct corporate international tax research and interpretation
- Manage international tax audits
- Direct post-acquisition integrations
- Work closely with Treasury in managing cash globally
- Coordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors for various tax projects
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred)
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including the areas of: BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer Pricing
- Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia
Skills:
- Understanding of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
- Significant project management skills required
- Ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
