About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency
  • Direct global tax compliance
  • Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740); direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials
  • Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustments
  • Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations
  • Review the tax components of certain customer agreements
  • Review business initiatives to determine the tax impact
  • Direct corporate international tax research and interpretation
  • Manage international tax audits
  • Direct post-acquisition integrations
  • Work closely with Treasury in managing cash globally
  • Coordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors for various tax projects

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred)

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including the areas of: BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer Pricing
  • Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia

  • Understanding of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
  • Significant project management skills required
  • Ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
