Director, Procure to Pay
Owns Fetch’s end-to-end procure-to-pay function, including building procurement from the ground up and leading Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense teams. The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong systems fluency, vendor negotiation expertise, and people management skills.

Responsibilities
- Own the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, from procurement intake and vendor sourcing through contracting, invoicing, and payment.
- Build Fetch’s procurement function, including policies, purchasing approval frameworks, vendor risk and onboarding processes, and category sourcing strategy.
- Lead and grow the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense teams.
- Select and implement systems to support procurement and close gaps in the P2P technology stack.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and drive measurable savings across major spend categories.
- Partner with Legal, Financial Systems, and Accounting on contract terms, controls, and audit readiness.
- Define and track metrics across the P2P chain, including cycle time, compliance, savings, and payment performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and/or Travel & Expense.
- Experience building or significantly scaling a procurement function.
- People management experience, ideally leading Accounts Payable and/or Travel & Expense teams.
- Strong fluency with modern procure-to-pay, ERP, or contract lifecycle tools.
- Track record of negotiating vendor contracts and driving savings.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and build processes where little exists.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Base salary range: $173,000–$202,000.
