Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy and vision for a suite supporting sports scientists and coaches.
- Grow the human performance business and lead a key product investment from strategy through delivery.
- Build a deep understanding of customer and business needs and maintain relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Combine athlete monitoring data with video and match-analysis assets to provide practitioners with contextualized insights.
- Define product success and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver the product vision.
- Balance cost, timeline, and customer value while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans.
Compensation
- Base salary: £66,000–£111,000 GBP annually.
- Eligible for a long-term incentive award; discretionary bonuses may be awarded based on individual and company performance.
